1. Both personality and appearance require at least one paragraph each. I don't want to see just pictures for appearance, or three words for personality.

2. If you are going for an elite rank you NEED to have a RP sample.
3. If an admin or mod says no to something, you can either fix it or get rid of it. No arguing.
4. Copy the text in the code box on the template you want, and then MAKE A NEW TOPIC FOR YOUR APP
5. Please put what race your going for, or indicate it, in the title of your app. To avoid confusion.
6. Histories are optional if you aren't going for an elite rank.
7. If you become an elite you have to update your app and add both your RP sample and History if you are missing either.
